As the inaugural celebration of the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival celebrates “Online + Offline”, we see some of the best of the island city has to offer bring a gastronomic experience to us at home, with as many as 34 masterclasses going on for 5 weekends from 21st November to 15th December. This year the Wine & Dine Festival sees a diverse range of online masterclasses touching a variety of topics, not only some signature dishes from spectacular restaurants such as Vicky Cheng of VEA, the infamous Sorrowful Rice from The God of Cookery, and Korean newbies Hansik Goo, and also touching on wines by James Suckling, Sarah Heller and Bernice Liu, but also dining etiquette by Damon Lau. There will also be cocktail masterclasses by award winning Jay Khan and Antonio Lai, all in all, quite a lineup of whos who in Hong Kong. Here are our top picks.
